Shipping policy

 

1. Shipping Information:

• All orders are shipped from 3600 Genk, Belgium, within a maximum of 3 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.

2. Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs depend on the destination country. Shipping to Belgium is free. Shipping to the Netherlands costs two euros.

3. Shipping Methods:

• We offer standard shipping through PostNL.

4. Delivery Time:

• The average delivery time is within 3 business days for national shipments (Belgium) and 5 business days for international shipments (Netherlands).

5. Trackability:

• All shipments are trackable. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. Delivery Area:

• We currently ship within Belgium and the Netherlands.

7. Pickup:

• Pickup at our physical address is possible by appointment. Please contact our customer service to arrange a suitable time.

8. Missed Delivery:

• If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors or leave a note with instructions for rescheduling delivery.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

• In the rare event that a shipment arrives damaged or is lost, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
