Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date on which a third party, designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by emailing leoniyashop@gmail.com.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and no fees will be charged for such a refund.

Return Conditions:

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must make sure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
• The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The delivery of goods that were personalized.
• The delivery of goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, such as perishable goods or those with expired expiration dates.
• The delivery of goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
• The delivery of goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using insured and traceable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
